I just wanted my own place in the sun.

I live and work in London.  I’d had enough of the incessant, daily, corporate grind, so I took a snap decision to please myself and buy a secondary home in the South of France.

First of all I contacted Anthony Investments because they have offices there.  Very quickly I found that I couldn’t do without them… even at a distance!  Thanks to their expertise, I was able to delegate my whole project to them.  Firstly, they found me the house of my dreams.  Then they co-ordinated the purchase with the notary.  I couldn’t have done without them advising me on the best way of making my purchase.  The structure I chose means I am not subject to double taxation and it also optimises my inheritance plans.

And now?  I only have to worry about enjoying the best things about my property!  Anthony Investments takes care of the administration.

My only regret?  Not having another house for them to manage!
