Our real estate division supports both RESIDENTS and NON-RESIDENTS in CARRYING OUT their PROJECT in FRANCE.

From acquisition through to the full administration of the property, our team provides its expertise and resources to assist clients in meeting national legal and administrative requirements.
Acting as the sole intermediary between all parties involved (estate agents, notaries, banks, etc.), we work independently and exclusively in the interest of our clients.

Legal

• Analysing documents relating to the sale (compromis, offer, power of attorney, statement of account, deed of sale, etc.).
• Coordinating/representing with the notary.
• Advising and managing the setup of the company (French or Monegasque) best suited to the client’s project/profile: civil company (SCI, SCP, etc.) or commercial company (SARL, SAS, etc.).
• Assisting clients throughout the life of their company(ies): setup, modification, capital increase, liquidation, etc.

Financing

• Identify the most appropriate form of finance for the client’s needs, taking into account their global assets: property loan, mortgage loan, restructuring, refinancing, etc.
• Ensuring coordination and follow-up with financial partners, from origination to completion.

Property Administration

• Manage all French entities and ensure their domiciliation.
• Manage these companies on a daily basis: monitor invoices/settlements, open/monitor bank accounts, monthly reporting, etc.
• Coordinate projects and work with the various parties involved: architects, caretakers, lawyers, etc.
• Providing social security cover for the house staff.
• Drawing up company accounts (FR) and producing balance sheets (FR, EN).
• Organise approved property valuations to protect real estate agency liability.
• Responding to all requests for property insurance (home insurance, building insurance, art, etc.).
